On March 14, 2024, Michael DeSieno notified Barings BDC, Inc. (the “Company”) of his resignation as the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer, effective as of the close of business on March 21, 2024, to pursue other business opportunities. In connection with Mr. DeSieno’s resignation, Elizabeth Murray, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, will serve as the Company’s principal accounting officer.
